Things That Are Me - Roses

I love roses. We have several rose bushes in our yard and my husband sometimes sneaks outside and surprises me with a rose. He has done this for as long as we have been together. Perhaps I love his small gesture of love more than I do the roses.

Flowers Are One Of The Things That Are Me

Gardening and flowers are one of the things that say me. This is a picture of one of the two identical planters that flank my front door. The theme this year for my potted plants was definitely purple! I hate to see winter coming only for the fact that I will miss the pretty flowers in my yard. But there is always next year and until then a whole lot of planning on how I can make my little cottage house look quaint.
